The property itself lies in 12.5 acres with spectacular mountain views. To the west is the Hudson range (the ski hill is opposite), to the east the Babine Ranges. Beyond the Hudsons to the far northwest are the Kitsegueclas, and to the south west are the Telkwas.

The main house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two sitting rooms and a fully fitted kitchen with bar counter. (In summer 2015 an additional bedroom and bathroom in the garage annexe will provide room for an extra 2-3 people.) There is also a hot tub on the decking. The Utility room downstairs has a washing machine and a separate dryer.

The house was finished to an extremely high specification in April 2014. There are individual sill line electric heaters, a heat recovery ventilation system (heat exchange) and two wood burning stoves. It is unlikely that these will get much use as the main walls are 18” thick.

Services

The house is fully equipped for all self-catering holidays. There is an internet,
wifi and satellite TV service. The phone at the lodge has a free local service.
